* Prices are based on travel within 60 miles in any direction from Fremont, Nebraska and 45-90 minutes on-location. Please inquire for additional time or locations, I love to travel! All payments must be made by the day of the scheduled session.

Payment

All payments must be made at the time of the scheduled shoot. You will not receive your photos until all payments are made. Payments must be paid in either cash or check (written out to Bailey Sturgeon Photography)


Props

Feel free to bring as many props to personalize your photos as you would like! Here are a few examples of props: instruments, blankets, books, a sports jersey or uniform, you could even bring a family pet or two! If you are having trouble thinking of a prop, shoot me a message and I will help you brainstorm.


miscellaneous

The following is a list of a few items that would be beneficial during a photo shoot that people often don't think about:

  • Bottle of water

  • Makeup for touch-ups

  • A pair of comfortable shoes

  • Comb/Brush

  • A grocery bag or small towel to sit on

  • Lint Roller

You are welcome to bring whoever you would like!

  • Make sure that they are people you are comfortable around so we are able to get relaxed and natural photos. 

  • Please keep in mind that the more people you bring, the more chaotic it can get. When there are a lot of different opinions and suggestions, you can unintentionally eat away at your time and make you less comfortable in front of the camera.

  • I will gladly take a few pictures of you with your family/friends that you bring along, but keep in mind that every shoot is timed and those pictures will take away shooting time from your own pictures. These images will be a part of your 45-90 final images (depending on the package chosen).

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELING

If a special situation or illness prevents you from making your photo shoot, please contact me 24 hours before your shoot so arrangements and a rescheduled shoot can be made.

Living in the Midwest, weather can cause problems, so I will keep my eye on the forecast the week of your shoot and if it looks like we need to reschedule, I will contact you and we can set a new day for your session.

Receiving your images

  • When I am done editing your images, I will email you a link to all of the edited proofs along with a PIN number. You will need this number to download the pictures to your computer. This makes it incredibly easy to share your images with your family and print them off wherever you would like.

  • Your images will be available online for 3 months before they are removed to make room for other shoots. I recommend downloading them immediately and backing them somewhere online (Google Photos, iCloud, Dropbox) or on a removable hard drive.

  • When I give you your images, I give you full rights to them. This means that you can share them on social media and print them as many times as you would like. All I ask is that you kindly give me photo credit by putting my name or website in the description.
